Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Blossom inspires, we work hard to serve families with excellence and care. If your order arrives late, is missing, or is damaged in transit, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we are committed to making things right.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

Please allow up to 72 hours after your tracking information shows “delivered.”
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. In many cases, the package is delivered later that day or the following business day.

In the meantime, we kindly ask that you:

  • Check your mailbox (some packages are delivered by USPS)

  • Look around your porch, driveway, or property

  • Check with your building office or mailroom

  • Ask nearby neighbors in case it was received by mistake

If your package is still missing after 72 hours, please report a delivery issue, and we will gladly assist you.

Parcel Forwarding Companies

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding service, please note that we are not responsible for any damage, defects, or lost items that occur after delivery to that company.
We cannot offer replacements or refunds for items that we reasonably believe were successfully delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Orders sent to these services are placed at your own risk.
